Having problems in a Matrix Organisation
Jules is not a happy manager.  She  has been handed a report from Richard's Task Manager and been told that it is 'crap'!  How well does Jules handle the conversation that she is going to have with Richard?  Should Jules be having this conversation at all?  After all she is his Line Manager.  If this were to end up in a disiplinary, who do we think would win?
